Aug 8, 2024-- So I am still faced with the task on following up on the missing credits however I was able to recoup some of the expenses so there's that.

Aug 3, 2024--Well we finally heard back from him as to why the correct benefits were not issues. I would have expected this to come with the services however the remainder of the work has been left in my hands which was precisely the reason we hired a so called tax specialist in the first place.

I am so incredibly annoyed and disappointed with my experiences here. Mark did not follow through with his end of the agreement we had and now expects more money to complete the job. We paid $600 plus tax for his services ( $450 for the return and $150 for time spent on a couple of calls. It says on his webpage that he will help with claiming the disability tax credit for the first time yet he was not able to do so. We are still waiting and taxes were filed mid April.
