It had been a week since i had moved in when i lost my wallet. Christina was the one who found it and she was kind enough to return it to me. She was super sweet too. I couldn’t figure out how to use the dryer but she showed us how to use it to.

Grant, the building manager has done OUTSTANDING work since he signed onto this position. He has been extremely helpful to tenants that struggle as well as longtime tenants. Grant never forgets to ask “how you are doing” for the residents that are struggling with illness and who care for sick and elderly residents. Time and time again, he has gone ABOVE and Beyond his job responsibilities to help the tenants that live here. Even on his day off, he doesn’t hesitate to assist those who need help! Whether it’s helping to bring groceries into the building to assistance with moving furniture (not heavy furniture) so the tenants can “dust” , he has proven himself as a caring neighbour and employee to the building and those who employ him. There was a potential “slip and fall” issue today (liquid on the floor) and I texted him noting it on my way out today. Upon my return, approximately 8 minutes later, the liquid was completely removed and floor was dry. In addition, concerns have been resolved within hours or maximum a few days. Thank you Grant for your continued efforts to make these spaces both SAFE for the elderly residents but ALSO the rest of the community here.

I don't normally leave reviews like this especially using my own information but I am frankly tired of living in these conditions while paying premium rent with a pending extra increase on the horizon... Grant the building manager is a great person super friendly very kind hearted a very special person however with that said I beleive he needs help, i have lived in this building going on 15 years and I have never seen this building look so disgusting the floors are filthy all the time the elevator makes you want to take the stairs but then the stairs aren't any better the lobby smells like dog pee and garbage almost all the time the "state of the art gym" they created has never been cleaned NOT ONCE IN THE 4 YEARS it's been there ... most importantly there was a notice posted regarding a hot water issue on November 29 stating it would be repaired asap WE STILL DONT HAVE FULL ACCESS TO HOT WATER ... what am I paying this premium rent for ... hazelview fills my inbox with surveys every single month but doesn't ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with the feedback provided. THINGS NEED TO CHANGE to reflect these premium rents your collecting or base the rent off the quality of building you are providing cus this just doesn't line up.

To find a two BR apartment for rent near Kennedy station during August is quite a challenge in itself. Fortunately the Building Manager, Mr Grant of Helen Towers was very receptive and understood our urgent need of getting a 2 BR apartment. He communicated with us on the status of the availability of such vacancy promptly and once we had visited the place, Mr Grant did wonders to expedite the renovation of the place just in time. Grant also helped us with the logistics to make our move-in smooth. Helen Towers is clean and is very well maintained. It also has a new Gym facility with modern equipment for a good workout. We thank Helen Towers management, especially Mr Grant for hospitality, politeness and efficiency.

Spent a good 2 years living in this building with a roommate. Friendly people and never had any issues with neighbours. Grant is an excellent building manager. Great personality, responsive to inquiries, quick to resolve issues, and maintains a clean and safe environment. Highly recommended to those looking for a long time home!

My family and I moved into 833 Kennedy Road's building in 2018.
The professionalism we received from the staff was stellar!
Our move in experience was smooth sailing and trouble free.
We have never experienced this before from any other company.
Thank you Hazelview for the wonderful staff at my beautiful building.
I must add that the landscaping/flowers are absolutely stunning.
It's so nice to see the staff watering the plant late in the evening.
We truly feel like this is our long term home❤

I have resided here for 4 years this month, I love the atmosphere, the management here goes above and beyond to accommodate their residents, I have found that in the past 6-8 months I've noticed a few different improvements which only enhance the excellent maintenance that is performed by the exceptional staff. There has been on a few different occasions that I would have to interrupt the superintendent, on his day off or after hours to which I've been accomodated immediately. These little things and the personal behind the name, HAZELVIEW make it a most comfortable and pleasent place to call my home.

I viewed a 2 bedroom at 833 Kennedy and fell in love with it. I am
Looking for February or March to move in and hopefully there will be one available. If not I am happy to view other buildings. The property
manager at the time of the viewing was amazing and very detailed. She answered my questions with great professionalism and she was very courteous.The most important factor for me was the great energy and the vibe of the building. IEveryone was so friendly. I felt very welcomed. A big thank you, I wish all property managers treated potential renters that way.
