We have lived at The Windfields Place 745 York Mills Road for over 50 years. It is still a great place to live after all those years. The building is well run by M&R. Our supers Gladys & Levi are some of the best we have had. They are friendly, hard working & do a great job of maintaining the building. All requests are completed in a timely manner, usually on the same day. Thank you Gladys and Levi for all you do for the tenants. Thanks to M&R for hiring Gladys & Levi.

I have had the most wonderful experience living at 375 Bay Mills Blvd. It is the neighbors and sense of community that I cherished the most. The current superintendents, Paul and Kacie are simply the best! Always putting the needs of the tenants first! Thank you both!

Been a tenant of 375 Bay Mills for more than a year, its a peaceful place to call home. Property Management is really good, specially PAUL who is proactive, patient and caring. I have seen him taking care of driveways in harsh winter nights, placing salts, cleaning driveways and making sure tenants are safe. Overall its a beautiful place to live. Thanks.

I've been installing so many pigeon netting here in 240 Cosburn, 69 Gamble and 50 Cosburn. The supers are very kind and assist us the best they can. They Treat us as their co-worker. Good job guys.

Being living here since 2010, it’s an awesome place to live except for the past superintendents. Having Paul joined the team made living here 110% better. Now about Paul- he’s always smiling and friendly. Gets the work done quick , efficient, and professional. He’s very easy to talk to, and the place hasn’t looked better. Keep up the great work Paul

I have been a tenant at 375 Bay Mills Blvd since 2015 and love living in this building. It's very clean, quiet and well maintained. I have known many site staff and property managers from M&R. All of them have been very respectful, kind and go above and beyond for the tenants. The staff at 375 Bay Mills; Dora, Kacie, Paul and Danny are fantastic people. Staff at Cassandra Towers; Rafael, Edit, Len, Joanne and Leo, are also amazing. Regarding the Windfields Place @ 745 York Mills Road: I have lived here for over 20 plus years, and no one lives in a place that long if it's poorly run or maintained! The current superintendents, Gladys and Levi are hard-working, friendly, and do an excellent job. Any maintenance requests I submit are promptly carried out. The building is clean and attractive, and in the summer the landscaping is beautifully kept. My dealings with the property management main office and Deb have always been very positive, and any issues addressed. Whenever I've called I've always been met with friendly & helpful staff. In life, you get back what you give out. Over all I really enjoy my home at The Windfields. I would like to wish all the staff : Deb, Dora, Gladys, Levi, Randy, and those whose names I don't know, a very Happy Christmas, and all the very best in 2025! And thank you for all your hard work.
