The City of Toronto is doing a marvelous job in keeping Toronto clean and tidy. Even though, lots in the South Asian community need to be educated how to sort their recyclables from their garbage and their compost. They should leave their bad habits from where they came from, here is Canada, keep it clean and pretty 😍. Thanks 😊

I posted here a picture of garbage tags (around $5/sticker, if my memory is right). You use it when your garbage bin is already full or you don't have one.

Came during off hours around 4 pm and thankfully the place was not busy. All the staff were courteous and guided us for the directions and instructions of said items.

Went to drop off some car batteries at the hazardous waste station , when I was told they don't accept car batteries even though they have a picture of car batteries on the sign of the hazardous waste station and also had car batteries in the storage cage with a sign saying batteries. Could tell right off the bat they didn't want to deal with the batteries. Pretty sure that's why I got denied

Great employees, friendly and informative, from the hazardous waste people being super friendly and helpful to the great attitude at the scale house. Great rates. Shut off you A/c and fan before going in to empty your waste. Super convenient facility.

Always a good experience at the 'self-serve' HHW disposal area. The Lady that I've dealt with there is very helpful and has a great sense of humour. She makes drop-offs easy.

Worst experience ever that lady at the front going in worst ever on Wednesday 11th me and my friends enter the yard I was’t paying attention to the lights that it did’ turn green . On approaching the window came out yelling why you broke my light her face was like 😤😤😤😤 angry I sed sorry sorry a few times with no vale I sed to her I was paying attention to my trailer I’m sorry . She yield saying you people come here ***and I should send you to the back off the line . Like I’m in school . You people I wander what she ment by that . Sound recess to me she never try and defuse just was so angry . Customer service ZERO manners ZERO I hope I don’t have to go back they again . That all .
