I am in awe that people in these reviews think this place is in any way clean. Living here with my parents for 2 decades showed how much this place has evolved from being a clean, welcoming community to being an apartment that is dirty with poorly socialized residents that consistently keep the elevators and hallways dirty, not to mention how bad the lobby gets throughout the day with kids leaving litter all over the apartment. Every evening you see the kids from this apartment going outside and ruining the lawn and turning what should be a lovely apartment into a low-income dwelling. The website falsely advertises how the building looks inside and out. I am disappointed in how the tenants and how MetCap handles the state of these apartments, especially because it never was like this before.

It’s a decent place to live, but there are issues with water supply, electricity, and the elevator.

Most of the time, there are notices for water and electricity repairs, so we have to go without these services until the issues are resolved, which causes a lot of inconvenience to residents.

Moreover, the elevator is frequently out of service, making commuting harder during busy hours.

There are many facilities nearby, such as supermarkets, gyms, hospitals, and bus stops. This makes this place decent to live.

The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Whether it is a maintenance request or a general inquiry, their responsiveness is amazing and adds value to the overall living experience.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to call home.

The setting is pleasant and welcoming, with a well-kept lobby and hallway that exude a clean and pleasant fragrance. The staff is consistently visible, diligently maintaining the cleanliness.

It's a better Metcap now then before i.e at least repair things are moving but slowly. However, a lots of insuite items has expired their life time, broken and need to repalce urgently but hope to wait ages for replacement. Rent is high. I don't recommend this place.

I visited my friend, a resident, and was impressed by the courteous staff and maintenance and the place, I observed was well-maintained

Roaches in laundry room, hallways, they run under baseboards near tenants doors…. Staff was very rude when brought this up.
