Debra has done my taxes for several years. The first time I met her was during my divorce; I needed my taxes done for several years as my ex had been in charge of doing them and had neglected to for a very long time. She reviewed and explained everything to me, and got several years done and filed within 6 weeks!
She has always been very organized, professional, and efficient. I am often amazed at how quickly she responds to my emails.
During COVID she set up protocols for safe drop off/pick up for people that could not or were not comfortable using electronic communications and file transfer.
Now, although she maintains the ability for people to drop off physical files, and meet face to face or via phone, she also set up a secure portal system for electronic transfer, signing, and submitting of documents, and payment. I have literally signed and submitted documents from my phone while at one of my children's events. It's been so easy and convenient!
I have loved working with Debra! I have recommended her to many people, and I currently have 2 friends and 4 family members that had been using her services.
