The drivers are punctual and capable. The pricing is dishonest and secretive.

Marty told us the price for a bin rental was $150, then an additional $95 per ton.

He then proceeded to charge us $423.75 a flat rate fee per bin, which he never told us was an option. He never provided measured weights for the bins he collected even though we requested them repeatedly.

When he charged us the same amount for a bin that was only 1/8 full as he did for a full bin, we asked him for bin weights and for the price based on what he told us originally. Instead of providing any information, he reversed the credit card charge and sent an invoice that was more than double what he previously charged for the full bins. He also refused to provide the weights.

In order to avoid a protracted fight, we paid him the flat rate, which was his goal.

We strongly recommend you AVOID Marty and Guaranteed Services and find a more honest and transparent company to deal with.

I have used the services at Guaranteed on three occasions now, and have readily recommended them to friends and family, when needing to clear out waste or clean fill on a reno or landscape job. The team at Guaranteed were polite straight forward and very efficient every time. They showed concern for my property when both dropping off and picking up there bin. They are my "go-to" when I need to arrange to haul away a larger quantity from my home.

I would agree that the staff on the phone is friendly and bin arrived and was picked up on time, BUT the payment is huge pain. I was charged 350$ deposit and promised that day after pick up I will get final bill (that suppose to be less than 350 and will be refunded for differences) . Apparently day after and week after no one called. I called them, and they promised me call back same day, and they never did. After already around 10 calls and weeks of waiting and no success to get any bill or money back. No final bill and no refund. Each time, yes yes we will call back till evening, and never ever they doing that. I probably should give up on 350$.

Just an update: at the end I've seen refund transaction on my credit card, so changing to 4 start from 1.

I used this company for a residential bin last month because I used them a couple of years ago, and it went well.
Same this time.
Bin arrived when I asked and left when I asked.
Had to make an additional call to get my invoice sent to me, but no big deal.
