I recently used Barrie Recycling,we rented a 20 yard bin delivered and picked up on time. From the initial phone call quote to the bin delivery the service was amazing. The driver was very respectful. When we ran into small issue with the bin, Robert one of the owners called us personally and dealt with it and made sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use them again and again. We highly recommend Barrie Recycling for their great customers service, great professionalism and the low price.

The Barrie dump wouldn’t take my daughters waste unless I had a tax bill or their license. They just moved so they had neither. Thankfully this place was here. I’ve been to transfer and dumps many times. Each one runs a little different. I told the staff this was my first time so they gave me directions on where to park and told me to wait for directions. A guy in the loader told me “bay 5”. Gave him the thumbs up and unloaded. Pulling back up to the scale, I waited for the green light as I normally would. It didn’t turn green so I just hopped on the scale thinking I was going to possibly get chewed out by a grumpy weigh station attendant. I told them I was waiting for the green light. They said jokingly, no we want you weighed up and outta here. (Paraphrasing). I told them next time I’ll be fast. Extremely friendly. This is the difference between government/Town run facility staff who feel entitled (@barriedump) and will give you the gears because they can, and a private facility that want your business. Very impressed. Will definitely give them my business.

I only had a small load but there convenient hours made it a lot easier. I’m out in under 5 minutes. Went to pay and the cashier gave me another free dump run as I had a small load

This place is in a league of their own, Barrie dump can’t even touch them. Not only is the place incredibly convenient, no parking 6 different times to dump at 6 different bins, but the customer service was above and beyond. I had a question about a bill I had with them after renting a bin from them and was personally addressed by one of the owners, Robert! He was incredibly helpful and kind and went over and above to help us out, absolutely made my daughter and I’s day.
