Our corporation moved over to Krall Property Management Inc. just over two months ago and in that short time I can honestly say that the experience from the transfer to date has been a breathe of fresh air. The whole team has been transparent and supportive and as the President on the Board of Directors I received positive feedback from numerous owners about how happy they were for the change in management. As a condo owner for over 22 years, I have had the privilege of dealing with a number of management companies and I must say that Patrick Krall runs the most professional, moral and ethical business in this field that I have ever experienced.

As a Board member I must also mention our property manager Bill Lang who I not only had the privilege of working with at our last management company, but was extremely happy to find out that he was going to be our current property manager at Krall Property Management. He has always been compassionate and supportive and well liked throughout our community. He always responds in a timely manner and is very easy to work with. As President on our Board, he has always been there to assist, help and guide me in any situation, even the difficult ones. Bill is definitely like the needle you find in a hay stack, difficult to find, but when you do, your whole management experience changes.

If you are looking for a new property management company, I cannot say enough good things about Krall Property Management Inc. But I will say that if you are fed up with the status quo, give Krall a try, you won't be disappointed!

Krall Property Management has been a godsend to our complex. Prior to Krall we had another Management Company based out of London. No one could work with them or even contact them with concerns. Lucky outer Board was able to procure Krall, and what a difference they have made. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff, bit most importantly courteous and friendly. I've been in my condo almost 29 years and was thinking of selling before Krall came on board.

Our condo corporation was in trouble… Previous management companies had done a number on us and had left our property in extremely poor condition financially as well as administratively. The condition of the property had suffered and the decline was evident as the value of our units were decreasing steadily.

Needless to say, we were shopping for a new property management company. Over a period of the previous half dozen years, we had multiple companies that our corporation needed to terminate contracts with due to very poor, overpriced service.

Krall Property Management was invited in as part of our short list interviews… Patrick was confident, he listened to our issues and didn’t dismiss our concerns as board members, or make us feel as if the issues were trivial. As we all asked questions, mostly based on situational experiences that were handled poorly in the past, Patrick offered pertinent advice and described fully what his action would be in similar situations. As directors we were surprised and pleased with the responses. It was as if he was already engaged with our property and knew exactly how we needed to move forward to “right the ship” so to speak.

We took Patrick on and invited him to work with us to fix our broken corporation and restore the property to the condition we hoped it could be once again.

It’s now about a year and a half later… Patrick is brilliant! We have collectively overcome multiple very difficult issues. He has helped guide our property and corporation in a new direction with a vision that is appreciated by the board members and the owners alike. Patrick’s professionalism and commitment to doing things “the right way” is refreshing and gives the directors the confidence to move forward improving the property while maintaining our budget and keeping our common fees low.

We are starting to see our unit values increase for the first time in a few years and it is evident our community of owners and residents is feeling better about their homes and their investment in our property.
