They took over my building recently, and have been working hard to do a lot of the maintenance that hasnt been done in years under the previous company. The place is looking better, my repairs got done in a week, along with other tenants. Many of us are really happy with this company, and appreciate the hard work they've been putting in.

I was hopeful when booking my appointment to view a unit they had upcoming, sadly not only were they almost 15 minutes late arriving but when they opened the door I almost fell over from the cat urine smell. It was completely unbearable. I don’t view anymore of the unit then the living room which had area rugs and duct tape holding the flooring down. Walking on it felt like walking on suspension bridge. The kitchen was even worse for the urine smell and I nearly threw up!!
I understand the unit had not been cleaned or any work done to it at the point of my viewing, but there is absolutely no way in God‘s green earth that urine smell was coming out in any way shape or form. It was beyond repair. I just felt like it was very unprofessional being late arriving in a tank top( I understand the heat, but there should be some level of professionalism) And then showing that unit before anything was done to it was just stomach turning.
