As an owner, I am glad to have a property with 24-hour security before the whole society encountered a decline in security. This is the treasure of this management company. In 2020, they helped me block a mentally ill guest. In 2024, I met guests in the lobby and then accidentally left my smartphone there. It was the security manager who saved it for me, which prevented me from a lot of replacement trouble.
Although the renovation of the swimming pool and gym for five years was protracted and frustrating, the reopening on this September 1 marks a new season. In addition, I am more concerned that our security personnel are doing extra express delivery work for all residents. I hope one day can use machine scanning tech and set new deliver ways to solve demand increasing manual express squeeze, then the current express storage can really become our meeting party room after renovation.
I expect this building will be a step up in intelligence and comfort plus its professional security.

Grossly incompetent and negligent condo management company plagued by nepotism. Jennifer Dickenson is the worst. I have lived in condo managed by them for 4 years. They mismanaged our renovations, do not reply to issues in timely manner (I.e. take 2+ weeks to reply to an email), and continue to charge $500+ maintenance fees for an apartment with no amenities, concierge or any services. The only treadmill in the exercise room has been broken for 2+ years with no fixing.

Absolutely garbage management company who has 0 regard for their resident’s time. Live at 95 baseline and they have taken a full 7 months (and counting) to “modernize” elevators with ZERO updates to residents. They do not reply to emails, even the company they hired to revamp our windows absolutely botched the job and ZERO accountability from this company!! Please do not rent with this company, all they care about is money - even the building manager has been provided no updates on ongoing projects, leaving everyone in the building helpless - I’ve seen seniors struggle with the window projects and elevator projects both of which were horribly managed by this company. Stay away!!!

We had a terrible experience with this condo company harassing us at the time while a family member was in the hospital and needed our care and focus. They could have easily waited for a better time to complain to us about trivial matters. They should be fired and we will discuss with relevant parties. This isn’t the first issues we’ve had with them.

Dickenson Condo Management is a professional, ethical and extremely competent team that understands and executes their role flawlessly. For our 200 unit tower, they took over in August of 2023 and immediately got to work in mitigating the tasks at hand, and those left undone, beginning with fully supporting our Building Managers. Jennifer and Amanda are relentless in their prompt and courteous counsel, follow through and perseverance. I highly recommend Dickenson Condo Management.

The worst people to deal with and broke their own policy and procedures speaking and giving information to my tenant. I should have taken them to court when I had the chance.
