I was very unimpressed with how resolution staffing dealt with my situation. It was unprofessional and I am very sad to know that I had such a poor experience with them after reading all of these wonderful reviews. I received a call from a Resolution Staffing recruiter last week for a job I had applied, we went through the pre-screening process and set up a zoom interview for early this week. I arrived to the zoom meeting early and waited for them to start the meeting. Fifteen minutes after my interview was supposed there was still no one joining the meeting so I sent an email to the recruiter just to make sure that there was no issue with the zoom call/make sure the interview was still one. After 20 more minutes passed I received a response email that said they to had been waiting in the meeting room and there must be an issue. There was no other option given to me in this email in order to make sure the interview happened. I then sent a response to them asking for another option or if they needed to reschedule as I wanted to go through with this interview - about 25 minutes later I received a response asking to reschedule for later that day. I followed up and said I was available and have not received a single response from them since. It was a very unprofessional experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future based on this.
