Fee of over $800 charged for Minimal work required for a small corporate account of less than a year. Sent their fee and taxes owing on Friday afternoon of due date; they had records since January (PDFfor signing still but received by 3pm). Threat of pay them before they will file return. Horrible service, especially for fees charged. Will not return it recommend them, hope this helps others to choose wisely.

I had a previous accountant since 1983 until 2017.
In the last few years there were numerous mistakes in my Income Tax Returns.
I was referred by my daughter and son-in law to contact BMS to do my 2018 Income Tax Return.
The change was a little scary for me at first but the change was a positive one.
CRA did write me for additional information. Could be because I changed accountants after so many years?
I contacted BMS and they directed me to send them the CRA letter and supporting documents.
The matter was handled in a speedy manner.
I am so glad that I made the change and feel that I am in excellent place having BMS as my accountant go forward.

Not only did they lose the Death Certificate and Will that I handed in to them, but they then LIED to me to cover it up (aka telling me that I never brought them in when I surely did) and then proceeded to be extremely rude to me and my friend when we were in there. Unbelievable! Life lesson to the girl behind the counter... you will get nowhere in life being such a negative, lying, outright rude individual. I’ll never be back that’s for sure.

Don't Walk, Run Away from these hacks! Service is absolutely abysmal. They never answer the phones and take there sweet time getting back to you. I wish there was a rating lower than one star. Word of advice: STAY AWAY!
