Très mauvaise agence, des temps de réponse par mail extrêmement long. Chaque procédure prend des semaines, j’ai même un amis qui a été convoqué au tribunal pour squat et retard de payement car l’agence avait fait l’erreur de ne pas noter qu’il avait fini son bail.
Je ne recommande absolument pas.

When I put up this review they called my wife instead of me. They offered her a bribe to take down this 1 star review. Instead of dealing with the garbage issue that they are responsible for. If I could, I would give them a negative 5 star. They literally direct their employees and tenants to block my fire egress from my back yard. They sub contract all of the maintenance to their incompetent friends that just don't do it properly or at all.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Fahel and Co. After struggling with an unresponsive old company, Fahel and Co. not only addressed our bug problem efficiently but also went above and beyond by providing us with a new humidifier when our previous service failed to help. Their dedication and excellent customer service have truly made a difference.

Their service was always quick and they responded to maintenance requests within a timely manner, it was also very easy to use their portal.

Our tenant coordinator was wonderful as well, she was very polite and helpful.

I have only been a tenant for Fahel & Co for a little bit now as they took over our previous management not too long ago, and have had nothing bad to say about them since they took over! They are always helpful, whether that be with questions or with efficiency of maintenance requests. The staff is friendly and nice and gets things down quickly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a place in the future!!

By far the worse property management company. I have to constantly chase them to send me my rent money that they collect from the tenant. They constantly make excuses that there accounting department is having issues. They are since and filled with broken promises. Time after time I had meetings with kailon and the accounting team asking what measures they can provide to guarantee my rent money on a. Specific date….no surprise they couldn't even assure me then. If anybody. I have back and fourth emails and time stamps of the excuses make and me trying to access my rent money how card could it be . DO NOT BY ANY MEANS HIRE THEM AS YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER, unless you like to be lied to and constantly let down.

Fahel and Co has a very fair amount of luxury rentals around Ottawa which are very affordable for young professionals and or students. My favourite aspect about their company is how these rentals come partially and fully furnished as well as all utilities included and Cat friendly.
Maintenance requests were typically always delt with quickly. The staff are very kind and understanding and go out of their way to make sure you end up with the place you’re looking for (or didn’t think you were looking for)! I am hoping to rent with them for as many years possible in the future.

I love this building!! It is safe, secure and very clean. Whenever I have an issue of any kind, I receive a prompt email letting me know they have heard me and another quick email when the issue is resolved. No problem is too big, nor too small for Moe and Josh to handle.

Everyone working ... and living ... in the building is so friendly, which goes a long way in helping to turn an apartment into a home.
