Allisa was prompt in arranging for a viewing. We checked an apartment unit available but, the next day, was informed someone else was able to rent it first. She did, however, recommend a couple more units available after. A couple days later, we were able to proceed with the final paperwork and settled into the new apartment.
We did hit a bit of a snag on the first day moving in. The lights in the apartment weren't the regular type of bulbs and one of them was on the fritz so we had to call in to get it fixed. Since it was around the New Years, no one was available so we had to wait a couple of weeks to get it fixed. But other than that, everything was great. The management has their own maintenance guy checking the units regularly. Overall had a positive experience with O'Shea.

We have used O'Shea Property Management to manage our rental property for almost a year now. Even before we were a client, Mike went out of his way to help us find the right property. Since acquiring the property, Mike and his team took the time to find a great tenant, yet we still had the right people in place within 6 weeks.
We had some unexpected issues come up and O'Shea management repairs any issues promptly so the tenant feels comfortable in their home.
Mike and his team make the whole experience turn-key, so as an owner who lives out-of-province, I have peace of mind that my property is well taken-care of.

Had a great experience with O’Shea Property Management. They completed a removal and instillation of a new bathroom tub surround. Communication was great, the labourers were friendly and cleaned up so well in the small space they had available to work in. They will be first on my list for any help needed for future renovations.

The staff at O'Shea have been wonderful to us right from the start. Moving during Covid wasn't easy, but they made us feel welcomed into our new apartment. They are patient and understanding that we have tough times and as long as your willing to work reasonably with them, you get the same level of respect in return. I am thankful for O'Shea and have had all positive interactions. Also, any concerns or issues with the apartment are answered or fixed within 24 hours or less by them or by the owner. That's proof right there that when they say they will do something to fix a problem, they do! Thank you!

I hired O'Shea Property Managements for a small residential job (converting a closet to a kitchen pantry). The co-owner Mike was very accommodating. The workers that did the job were kind, professional, and efficient. We rented from O'Shea just shy of 4 years. I have to say this was the best renting experience we have ever had. If there was an issue, it was fixed quickly. We loved the place we rented and sad to leave it behind but with new experiences and buying a house we needed to let it go. Will always recommend O'Shea to friends and family. I would give more then 4 stars if I could.
