Upman service has very worst placement I ever seen. They were call me to sent Bangalore for an Interview Uganda country. I went there & Attend interview come back. But they promised me 3 AC Tier Train tickets reimbursement but they fail to give back.I spent nearly Rs,5000/- for Train fair,Hotel,Food,Taxi etc.This is stupidness. They were eaten my Reimbursement money got from Uganda company employer.Upto now no response. Guys please don't get any call from this kind of scammers. To be careful.otherwise u will be loose ur money,Waste of time,Stress,Etc..

Had a very bad experience. The recruiter called me for a job opportunity and after knowing that I have an employment gap, avoided speaking ahead. I mentioned that my gap is due to international higher studies but she stated client would not be okay. I want to know how this organisation encourages such narrow minded approach by its employees and also clients. Then the lady messaged back stating that she has asked client and awaiting confirmation, no response post that. Are we interested in skills and capabilities or prefer employment gaps more.

This is my first experience but very weird, I am writing only about what experience Upman offered me. They invited me to Bangalore for an interview, thanks to them. I reached Bangalore from Uttarakhand and appeared for the interview. And it's been more than a month now it's not given me any interview updates. It is replied that no update has been received from the client side. My only purpose to write here is that if any candidate is sent by you for an interview, it is not so easy to arrange all this and even then there is such mutual understanding between you and your client in that the candidate has to go through many difficulties. Simply convey to the candidate What is the status of the interview. I am not blaming Upman, who is working with Upman and may not be following the right process. Where things are going wrong. I hope you will take my experience positively and improve your shortcomings.
