I have been living at 392 Albert Street Waterloo for the past few months and overall, my experience has been positive, the location is great, close to public transportation, and grocery stores, the building itself is well maintained and he management team is responsive and friendly, I would recommend 392 Albert Street apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live

I recently had the pleasure of being a tenant at 392 Albert Street, which is managed by Gorana and her team at the Waterloo Premium property management, the best management company in the town. Throughout my stay, Gorana and her team were incredibly kind and helpful, providing quick resolution to any issues that arose. They made me feel truly at home and I was sad to leave when my lease ended. I highly recommend Gorana and her team to anyone in need of a property to call home, and I hope to be back next year. In fact, I regretted not renewing the lease or move to 222 Albert street, another premium property managed by Gorana which would have been a great choice too.
I highly recommend this property management to anyone and I hope to have the opportunity to be a tenant once again in the future.

I really enjoyed living at 222 Albert under Waterloo Premium Property Management. They are very responsive and replied quickly whenever I had any concerns. The property managers are really friendly as well. The bed sizes were big and I liked the layout of the apartment because they had high ceilings and a large living room area. Overall, would recommend living here.

Gorana is amazing! She is very responsive by phone and email and is very helpful in making sure all of my concerns are resolved. I have leased here two times and both times it has been a wonderful experience! I highly recommend leasing here. Units are always very clean before move-in and if there are any problems in a unit, they fix it very quickly.

Would 100% recommend living here.
All the staff are super nice and are always quick to get back to me if I have any problems or questions.
When it comes to maintenance, it is super clean. The hallways are never dirty. The maintenance people are always on top of their game; I've even seen them clean sometimes.
The rooms are spacious and well taken care of. I had no issues with any sorts of damages when I moved in.
Not only that but it is a great environment to meet new people in as everyone is so nice.
Overall I highly recommend renting here!!

Rooms are very small for price (no locks on individual doors)
Lease structure involves holding 1 tenant liable for the rent of 3 roommates
No amenities (laundry is very expensive)
Poor mail management
