A&E looks after term deposits for my mother-in-law. I am familiar with returns on investments and I know that the interest rates that A&E sources are excellent and very competitive. They are a lot better than what is offered at the local banks and credit union. Sharon is both knowledgeable and also very patient/helpful with my mother-in-law who is now in her 90’s. My wife and I are so thankful that there is someone in Outlook like this to assist getting the best and secure return possible.

We were told by the owner/manager to drop our car off on Monday to have it looked at. It was there for 2 days and they hadn't even bothered to look at it, mind you this was all planned a week prior. My husband tried to get a hold of the owner several times with no response. When we did call today to see what's going on, they said they couldn't even give us a time or day they would look at our vehicle. When I did come to get my car, all of them were just standing around chatting, like wow. Very poor service and not professional at all. I don't recommend taking your vehicle there. It was a total waste of time and money considering we had to get a rental for those days.
