We were a customer of A-1 for 4 years. The representative did not disclose they would not be picking up on our regular schedule after moving our service and refused to take any responsibility. The representative aggressively raised her voice and hung the phone up on us . When we try to call back the business she wouldn’t pick up the call. Blessing in disguise is we switched out service to WM and are now saving 60% than what we paid A-1.

A1 supplies my business with a locking dumpster, and give my floor drains a yearly sucking dry. Excellent service and super easy to just call in when I need my bin dumped! I hope we have a long relationship together!

Shame on you for taking away porta potties that were paid for. Hope this place goes out of business. Do not support them. Take your business elsewhere.

Rented a 6 yard bin and have had nothing but the BEST customer service with them had trouble with work and the lady that I deal with has done the best to help me out with getting caught up on my bill and I am extremely appreciative for their service
