Consistently and always been receiving terrific support and service from the management office. Being an investor in many condos receiving this help while trying to manage condos remotely is absolutely fantastic. Of special and significant mention is Laurie Snider at Harding Boulevard. Absolutely amazing. Responsive, prompt in all replies to emails, returns phone calls, professional, extraordinarily supportive, always available to help, providing clarification in regard to policies, providing us forms, sending in approvals and so on. The whole team at the AA Property Management head office has also always been super helpful whenever I have reached out.

Good Day - I have been a Condo Owner for over 25 years now and have seen my share of Property Managements believe me!!!!!
For the past 10 years our Condo Corp @ YCC217 have been A A Property Management and they have been excellent!! I would recommend 1000% (if that was even a thing).
I look forward to many many years of them providing and servicing my Condo. I cannot stress enough that A A Property Management (The whole Team), has been very good for our Investment. There are haters out there and I do believe it is because they may have had a bad day and didn't get the answer that they were hoping for so they will leave a bad review. We DON'T ALWAYS GET WHAT WE WANT - but remember it is what we need and that is what is important. I have been through many AGM MEETINGS and the past 10 years they have been AMAZING with A A Property Management and their entire team.
I can go on forever regarding their professionalism, attentiveness, compassion and knowledge.....but this review is long as it is 🙂

On today`s world it is almost impossible to get a fair statement or a fair review since people are angry even with their own self.
However, I find AA Property Management a better property Management Company than anyone else out there.
Are they perfect-Absolutely not.
Are they good, absolutely yes!
haters will hate and people with common sense will find a way to resolve their issues and find a resolution instead of coming and vomiting their anger in here.
If you have an issue contact the president of the company Mr. Prifti himself and I GUARANTEE you that your problem will be solved one way or another!

WARNING, stay away from this company they have been hired by my board of directors who I personally think are corrupt but that's another story. the property manager who has been assigned (Vangjush Cili) to 15 Sewells Rd hasn't a clue as to what his duties are, or how to perform them, messes up 80% of any duties that are assigned to him, doesn't respond to emails, has arguments with the owners of the building, doesn't show up for months to do his duties if he bothers to show up he usually stays for about an hour then leave, when I'm able to contact him on the phone he often hangs up on you stating he he's too busy, when I call on him about his lack of knowledge and performance he goes to the board of directors and lied that I threatened to beat up a fellow owner. The list goes on and on this company is very unprofessional and a waste of time and money
