The receptionist hung up on me, TWICE. All I wanted to know was the price of the management fee, since I got charged more than the usual amount this month. She just said she doesn’t have that info, and refuses to transfer me to anyone who does. She also began saying she didn’t understand, so the second time I asked if she spoke Mandarin (I could tell from her accent). I asked her about the fees in Mandarin, and she instantly said she cannot help me with this (in Mandarin) and hung up a second time. I was polite the entire time, despite wanting to scold her (I didn’t) for such awful service.

No wonder this place has such a low rating. Being a receptionist who knows nothing but to provide horrible service should get her fired ASAP, yet here we are.

As a resident living in a strata managed by this company, I was treated with unproffessionalism and terrible service. They don't respond to your email, don't confirm if they receive/ process your request. My strata doesn't have council's contact aso all communication must go through AA strata agent. Imagine how frustrating it can be.

I livedin a strata managed by AA. Since Sunny retired everything is going downhill. No one taking care of strata rules and so on... i wish i can give a zero

Sunny retired and left Myra Tran his caseload. Somehow, she is more unprofessional than her predecessor. I've been on 4 different strata councils in Vancouver and Burnaby.. and I have never experienced a planned power outage where no notices were posted.

When I followed the sounds of drilling outside, the electrician informed me it was his SECOND time here, because AA Property failed to inform residents the FIRST time. I checked the elevator, bulletin board and main first floor entrances and saw no signs posted. Myra Tran did not answer my email, or return my calls. Common sense would be to from your mistakes and post paper notices not sit at home and collect strata money.

Considering half the residents are seniors whose first language isn't English, sending an email to residents isn't enough if most of them don't use it! At least Sunny did the bare minimum of posting a physical notice.

Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Koren Zhong is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've had issues before with my suite, and I've been completely ignored. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

receptionist is not responding. That person is sleeping on job. I called yesterday and left a message. 24 hours has passed and still no one picking up the phone or returning call.

I have rented here for about 20 years, and AA Property Management took over about 12 years ago. If an issue arises and I need assistance, Aaron Leung is always quick to arrange service as soon as possible. Aaron really cares about providing quality service and it shows in his promptness. Always appreciated!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t answer emails or phone calls. In 1.5 years, they have got our strata involved in 3 CRTs and 2 HRTs because of their lack of knowledge and advising our council. Our strata minutes now show this and it is hurting our resale values. They are a small company and have zero buying power for insurance. Our insurance went up $30k from our last strata company. Stay away!

Just wanted to update since I posted. AA now has our strata in 4 CRT cases and the one CRT is the strata going after the strata and this is costing our strata $300/month in legal for almost a year now. AA gave advice to do this. Spending thousands to collect a few hundred $….

AA has been illegally posting meeting minutes late. They must be within 14 days. Our AGM is over 2 months since our fiscal year end. If this is happening to your strata, I recommend you apply to BCFSA like we have done. This group holds strata companies accountable for illegal actions.
