I was in this Hospital and was admitted early Sunday morning with a bladder infection. They inserted a catheter and relieved 2 L of urine and then some I spent that full day Sunday night and was released Monday afternoon I have no words to describe how wonderful and I mean wonderful from the Dr to the nurses to the workers to everyone in that hospital. thank you so very, very much. 🙏🤗🙏❤️

Waiting in preop room for full knee replacement was so stressful and terrifying. Lying on the recliner staring up into bright lights and my neck hurting. After quite a while a nurse came and asked if I would like the lights turned off and brought me a pillow. She will never know how much that act of kindness meant at the time.

This is the first time I've ever rated a hospital emergency, but I can't let my first visit there go by without giving this hospital the positive recognition it deserves. Granted, I arrived just before supper time, so I moved through the system very quickly which would earn 5 stars on it's own...I was in and out in less than 3 hours, tests done, treatment started and a plan moving forward. I appreciated the care that I received from my assigned nurse, doctor, phlebotomist and x-ray tech...every step of the way was caring and professional. Shortly after I arrived there was drama going on with a police and security presence and the staff remained unfazed. To the folks that have offered only a 1 star rating...the Triage system works. You should learn about it. Also, my whole visit started with a call to 811 to see if my symptoms warranted a visit to emerge. It is a free service, you get to talk to an RN, it's a good thing, use it.

Amazing staff that were all great help! I went in with lots of anxiety and worries about my health. Left anxiety and worry free. My mind is at ease now, thank you!

I came here over two years ago, had cancer but did not know it. They gave me a look and decided I needed to see someone immediately. Good thing they did. Six rounds of chemo later, five of which were at Aberdeen, I am cancer free. The people I encountered there were competent, patient and went the extra mile to see me healed.

My husband had a heart attack, was brought to ER at the Aberdeen, was treated quickly, professionally and always treated with dignity.
I appreciate the Drs nurses and all staff, glad my community has such dedicated hard working people. Thank you!!

Good staff, I was always cared for but good luck getting to see a doctor. However, it's always understaffed and will close because there is no ER doctor.
My wife had the unfortunate experience of poor care but a good doctor.
She saw a doctor that beleives her issue and they weren't something to shrug off as "anxiety". She was supposed to get a monitor and was put on a waiting list for one. Then randomly took her off the list. She never got the care she needed.but that wasn't the ER dept's responsibility.
Basically decent care if you can get in, if it's even open.

Edit: seriously, there is maybe 10 ER parking spots, 3 or 4 are handicap. Drive around, another 40 handicap spots, go to pay parking, more handicap spots. Walk 3 min back to ER, everyone behind me in the ER gets free parking.
For all that is good, drop 40 handicap spaces and make more ER free parking.
