If I could rate zero, I would. I had my income tax into her just after the first week of April. Two and a half months later it still wasn't done. I was ready to cry. "I'll have it done by the end of the week". Two weeks later "I'll have it done the first of the week". Still it didn't happen. I finally went into to pick up my file and she had to sort through 3 piles of files a foot high before she finally found it on the bottom of the third pile. I had to have my Notice of Assessment by the first of June to apply for dental coverage and now it has lapsed. I would never recommend ABS Accounting to anyone ever!!!!

My daughter and grandson had taxes done here. As it was 1st time for him his had to be mailed. We informed them of this as they didn't seem to know. 2 months went by of watching the mail. Eventually my daughter contacted them to find out the status. It is may 1st and they had never mailed it. They had never contacted her in all that time. Hopefully it got mailed today although they told her she could sign it in place of him. This will be interesting.

This company is not recommended. They refuse to send payment due to the mail strike will not send through UPS or purolator ,

You would think an accounting company would understand about getting payments on time.

Telling someone from out of town to drive and pickup a cheque is complete waste of time and will be getting additional invoice for doing so.
Time,gas ,and truck fee

Update went to pick up my payment and it was sitting on the counter in front of the glass window, where anyone could easily grab it not in a proper envelope, not professional at all

Still owe for pickup of payment wasting time
