Last night one of accent property person came to my door and acvused usI banging my car into theirs, whi ch was parked in a no parking spot., and had witnesses to us doing this. It would be laughable if the person was not immediately threatening us as we tried to explain that we have not left the house or driven our car that day

Very experienced strata management company. Broker is responsive and seems to genuinely care about the properties they manage. Shocked that the building manager towed my visitor from visitor parking with no notice. He was given a warning well over a month ago in a different spot so I had him move to the street. Why no communication this time? The vehicle was there for less than 24 hours and there was plenty of open visitor spots. Now I'm weary of having guests over incase they don't have a way home due to poor building management.
