We have viewed numerous rental units through Ace Agencies and, unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple reassurances that we would receive follow-up communication, we consistently heard nothing back. We submitted several applications and waited weeks, hoping for updates, but received no responses or information about the status of any of them.

It has become clear that communication and reliability are not priorities for this agency. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative options as we have done with greater success.

I have put in 3 applications for 3 different rental properties we have viewed with them and they do not get back to you. I emailed the realtor and he hasn't responded to me in 8 days. I called their office directly and they said someone would give me a call THAT AFTERNOON, which was 4 weeks ago!!!! They are not interested in renting these properties clearly. Don't waste your time with them.

I noticed this home needs some outdoor painting and shows to need some ground work since no one is living there at the moment, I hope we get in soon enough to start its regular grou ds mai tenancy, since we are coming from a much larger house we already have the equipment and knowhow to continue with the property. The interior was nicely presentable and again we already have enough equipment to tend to both interior and exterior to make the property a home and not just a house. I do wonder about various areas on the exterior but will address there purpose should we get accepted. This would be my first choice. If you need to see how our home is kept, look at the listing at 7756 144 street surrey, you can be assured we will keep the home in excellent condition.

I have emailed this company so many times this week in regards to booking a viewing for specific houses and each time I get an automated response telling me to book on a website that has NONE of the listed properties they claim to have available on craigslist and other places. Horrible experience overall. Waste of time as well.

Horrible. Very interested in seeing a house for rent but they canceled our first appointment. Have never been able to talk to a real person. Was on hold once for ten minutes, then got hung up on. Called back immediately and got the after hours answering service at 3pm. Have not responded to messages.
So pathetic. Beware.
