I had a disappointing experience with AG Property Management. Garnet consistently over-promised and under-delivered. There was a serious lack of communication throughout our time working together, which made managing expectations and timelines frustrating. On top of that, I was overcharged for services that did not meet the standard or scope originally discussed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Very difficult to get a hold of for phone call, location of office to speak to someone in person, and do not update you for paperwork annually.
Not sure who hires the landscapers for our condo on the northside, Usman, but they do a horrible job. I used to have gorgeous grass, thick lush rich where I watered regularly, because I care about how my home looks inside and out, but now due to the cutting being done too low the grass is dry OR they rarely come to do any weed control. Our grass is overgrown and full of weeds carried over from other properties via their machines not cleaned properly between site visits. I will be sourcing a good weed killer that will not be poisonous to the local bunnies on site or other pets who walk on the grass here.

You pay cheap fees, you get cheap services.

** Advice **
For others sourcing, either an apartment or house, as a tenant, document everything, take pictures, and ESCALATE to the Landlord and Tenant Agency. Security of the common space around your dwelling and safety concerns should be addressed immediately. These companies do not care about the person. They care about squeezing every dime out of you for profits.
Renting in good faith should provide a clean safe home for you as an individual or family. Any red flags, do not exchange any money with them or sign a contract until unsafe conditions are fixed.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
We moved into a house that was to be “finished”.

There were so many problems with the rental.

Getting repairs done was like pulling teeth..
The repairs that were done were completely hacked together and unsafe.

There was black mold in the washer before we even got to use it..

The ceiling leaked 3 times. Nothing was done about it. In fact to cover the water damage in the kitchen ..they just covered it with a bigger light.

Anyone I e mailed was rude and took days to even get back to me.

100000% would NOT recommend this company for ANYONE.

Everything has been good with AG so far and I am optimistic it remains that way on our move out, as I have cared for this home like it was my own and plan to hand it back in move in ready conditions.
