Our entire first year renting from AG Secure Barrie has been my worst rental experience to date. I do understand that individual landlords are behind the paperwork and make final decisions, but my review is solely based on lack of customer service, communication, efficiency, and accountability. During the past year we have constantly had to chase after the office staff to request updates on issues and repairs needing done. Several of our calls and emails have been ignored by the office staff until escalated to their management. Almost all of our requests and issues raised were downplayed by staff and we were told straight up that our concerns were not serious. This came to the point where we called out free quotes ourselves to investigate which proved our concerns of cracked foundation causing flooding and mould to be accurate. Only then and after putting our concerns in writing to the LTB and the City, did action finally get taken to properly rectify the needed repairs. This is just one major issue among a list of several issues we’ve had with the unit since moving in and was not at all addressed with the care or seriousness it should have been. * Unit was not clean or in ready condition when the keys were given. Many of the repairs to date are still on going, and are due to lack of upkeep and proper maintenance of the rental unit. I personally recommend looking elsewhere for your rental needs.

They have no idea what their renters are doing to the property. Have had to look at bags of garbage in front of property that is under their management on my street. Wildlife has ripped it open. I don't think this company even drives by at random to see what the hell their rents do. So disgusted!!

I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could.

Jan 2018 - Well it looks like you are not very good at your job - - - nothing has been resolved. The same thing over and over and over.

I guess if you own a dog and don't want to not clean up its feces EVER, or you think it is acceptable to let your garbage bags accumulate and leave bags out on the front lawn where you rent, for the Property-tax paying neighbours to look at, (and for the wild animals to rip apart), PLEASE, Please, please make sure you become a renter with this company as the property manager.

For absentee or out of town owners/landlords: If you want all the neighbours to hate you, please make sure you use this company to manage your property.

Maybe A.G. Secure should manage fewer properties and do a better job of it.

I was in their Dunlop west house, from the day 1 i saw so manay Cockroaches and rat in that house. I informed them and in may last 1 year living their they did 4 times pest control and nothing changes. At the end of my 1 year they evicted me by telling i bring the Cockroaches and they charge me $1000 and did not back my last month money. Never do any business with them. They are real slum dogs
