Having just completed Ahria’s 6 part Leadership Development workshop series I would highly recommend it to those interested in developing their skills in this area, especially new people leaders or organizations looking to enhance their employee development program or HR policies. Each 3 hour workshop was dedicated to a specific topic, such as change management, and the facilitators used real world scenarios to reinforce key learnings. I particularly liked the breakout sessions for participants to engage with each other and the material. This led to thought-provoking conversations and sharing of experiences. We at Clinical Research Dental (CRD) have just completed a great leadership training series with Ahria Consulting.

This six course series included also two formal one-hour check-in sessions which in combination of all, really helped elevate our new and even our seasoned Managers to new heights.

Their trainer Kristy McQueen was highly knowledgeable, well prepared, and used real life work experiences at CRD to practice and perform our session team work.

She was highly engaging, understood and practiced all key adult learning principles, thus lots of interactive and group work assignments in each session, as well as homework for work transference after each as well.
Kristy proved extremely proactive in all her communications with me/us leading into this series and its development, and we are now committing to new actionable written goals to ensure this learning occurs in practice.
