Replaced my old gas furnace to Gree heatpump. I am very satisfied the installation with good service. Service was excellent. Very knowledgeable of Installation process and measured everythings they need before installation. Installation day was very smooth and everythings was done as scheduled. Highly recommend AireEnergy. AireEnergy installation team and Tom performed an excellent job for replacing my gas furnace and water tank. Tom always responded my questions promptly and explained everything clearly. The installation team worked in a clean way with consideration of details. I imagined it might be somehow headache before, but it turned out the whole process was stress free. I really enjoy my new heating system and looking forward to the cooling summer season!

Extremely pleased with my heat pump installation. The on-site contractors were professional, ensuring that all the tubing was carefully hidden and covered. Although there was a small issue with one of the system's sensors, they quickly ordered the necessary parts, kept me informed throughout the process, and resolved the issue promptly. We installed the heat pump system a year ago. Everything still runs smoothly as expected. Thank you Mel and Arie Energy team helped us from consult to installation to make the best choices. We dont have to worry about the extreme weather. We are very appreciated and would like to recommend anyone want to do the heat pump installation. Also the heat pump system help us save 35% of our hydro bills cost which is another highlight.
