We stayed at your property in Invermere BC. The Condo was beautiful, quiet, just what we needed after a very long year of waiting to go on vacation. I'm so glad we opted not to fly to a warm location this year and chose to stay in Canada. I would highly recommend this property to all my family and friends. This property was Lakeside Memories. Excellent location and management answered all my questions in a timely fashion.

Their property in Cranbrook Sq SE Calgary was by far the most remarkably awful Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Let’s start with the basics: hygiene? Non-existent. Cleanliness? A distant dream. The carpets were stained, and the overall condition of the property screamed “we don’t care.” Basic toiletries like toilet paper? Nope, not here! Apparently, asking for more after using six rolls in three days qualifies as some kind of crime, judging by their dramatic complaint: “…left us a very poor review because you used 6 rolls of toilet paper in 3 days and needed more.” How cheap can you get? I had to go out and buy my own toilet paper - truly the hallmark of hospitality!

But wait, there’s more! Their lack of hygiene wasn’t just inconvenient; it was a health hazard. My son became ill during our stay, and we ended up with a medical emergency that cost me significant out-of-pocket expenses because, guess what, we were out of province. Meanwhile, the host’s reaction to my completely valid negative review was nothing short of vindictive. Instead of addressing the actual problems, they filed fabricated damage claims against me. First, they demanded $1,174.75, which they later escalated to $1,648 by magically “discovering” more damage. Items I left behind - like a blanket - suddenly became “damaged” property, which they claimed was theirs, made it onto their damage list. Imagine accusing a toy poodle of chewing through furniture - what’s next, blaming him for structural damage?

The host’s lack of accountability and absurd pettiness were truly unmatched. And if you thought it couldn’t get worse, their refusal to provide basic amenities like enough toilet paper or a clean space wasn’t even the worst part. Their unprofessional behavior escalated into outright retaliation, adding fabricated damages to their claims just because I dared to leave a negative review.

If you’re considering booking this property, don’t bother. Unless, of course, you enjoy buying your own toiletries, risking medical issues from hygiene problems, and waving goodbye to anything you accidentally leave behind. Oh, and if you think leaving an honest review will help others? Think again. It’ll only earn you fabricated claims and an extra dose of stress. This host and property are miles below Airbnb’s standards, and my experience here was nothing short of a costly, stressful nightmare. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and book anywhere else.

We stayed in a place in Radium for 2 nights that advertised 2 beds but the pull out couch was not acceptable for anyone to sleep on. We expressed our concern after night one and they did not care to respond or compensate for a listing that is not accurate.
Stating it has 2 beds, they need to actually be sleepable.

This, along with every place we have rented from them had had cleaning issues. While they are willing to fix, who wants to have someone come back and do the job that should’ve been done? Especially with dogs you have to then take out etc.

We stayed in the property managed by them for 7 nights in Windermere. And everything went wrong from faulty advertising, to not responding to requests, extremely disappointing experience.
