This is my first negative Google review. Our home in Millbrook was insured through Penello. We moved to another community recently. I asked three times in writing for a quote for our new home. A week before our house closed, I asked again. We were finally given a quote. Then 48 hours prior to the house closing, I got a call saying that the insurance company would not cover an older home. They had been covering our home in Millbrook which is older than our new home. Matt suggested that I go online and look for insurance. I have less of an issue that the insurance company decided not to insure an older home. I have more of an issue that I had to wait months for a quote and that he didn't try to make it right by doing some preliminary research for us. It should have been resolved with the first email.
