My wife and I are dual US/Canadian citizens, living in the US but with two rental properties in Canada. Every year, we have to file four separate income tax returns for each country, in different currencies, with different rules. Allan has been handling our Canadian rental tax issues for over 5 years now, and I cannot say enough about how positive the experience has been. He is honest, fair, prompt, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He is also inexpensive. I am a consultant, and I actually cite the relationship we have developed with Allan to my own clients as an example of how business relationships can work. I have worked all over the world, and can truthfully say that there are very few people I have worked with that have provided such professionalism, integrity, and expertise so consistently.

He just cost me close to $7k that I back-owed from years when I was paying Allan do my taxes (and he had access to my CRA info directly). He doesn’t guide properly for tax-related purposes.
