We've had Allegiance 1 Security do a nightly patrol and gate lock-up for at least a couple years now and as the office person I've been very pleased with their service. Their dispatch/communications person Amanda is very responsive and friendly, and I receive detailed incident reports via email the next morning from their patrol people whenever even the smallest thing about the property (like the gate lock being frozen) was not as it should've been on their nightly patrol. Shows a great attention to detail and care for the property.

Since hiring Allegiance 1 Security, we have felt much safer. The incidents of vandalism have ceased altogether. Whenever there is an interaction between the security guard and someone hanging around on the property, it has been documented, with the steps taken to remove that individual and reported to us in a timely way. Most often, the individual moves on of their own volition. We are very appreciative of these folks keeping our property under their watchful eyes.

Allegiance don't bother any of the homeless people around Tzeachten reserve, but I sure do see Allegiance speeding all around just to race up to one kid who use to exercise out in the baseball field almost daily. Just that kid alone & they tell him he can't be out in the sportsfield. They yelled at him saying they are going to write him up. Very unnecessary behavior from Allegiance security, what if they end up hitting someone speeding through housing developments so quickly? There are locals who have security camera footage of one of them speeding at least 30mph+ through a narrow housing lot driveway.

We operate a large campus of care in Abbotsford. We made the switch to Allegiance 1 in March of 2020 and they have been excellent. Along with scheduled daily security rounds we also call apon Allegiance 1 for guard detail during this pandemic. They always take the call and are flexible with any time we need them. We also get emailed incident reports from the night security rounds. They are an EXCELLENT company to work with!
