Have been a tenant for over two years. There is a good relationship between the owner (who lives downstairs) , ALS and ourselves. They have been responsive to our needs, especially last winter when there was a plumbing freeze up downstairs, and a roof leak the first winter. They attended to repairs quickly and seem to have a good cadre of certified contractors on call so this is very positive.

Jin looks after us personally and if there is an issue, he comes with the trades to look the issue over and make sure it is resolved. He is also very quick and thorough to respond on email if we have a question, which is a real help.
