I had a very disappointing experience with Selina during my application process. I urgently wanted to add a student visa application and, in haste, e-transferred $500 before signing a formal contract—my mistake, but I expected professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

After later receiving my PR, I realized the student visa process was never initiated. When I contacted them to inquire about the $500, they refused to return it—even though no application was submitted and no work was completed. There was no proof of a checklist being sent, no transparency, and no clear communication about this fee beforehand. When I escalated the matter to a supervisor, I still received no clarity or accountability.

Dealing with Selina has been time-consuming, frustrating, and stressful. I found the team to be unprofessional, unresponsive, and lacking integrity. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Thank you for your response. However, I stand by my review and would like to clarify the following for full transparency:

1. No receipt was issued for the $500 payment, which is a basic standard for any professional service.

2. No checklist, forms, or documentation related to my student visa application were ever provided. In fact, I had to follow up myself to get any response or reminder of the process.

3. Despite your claim of internal work being done, no tangible proof was ever shown to me—no email records, no timelines, no task breakdown, and no communication confirming what was being worked on.

To be clear: no application was submitted, no services were delivered, and I received nothing in exchange for $500. If a business cannot provide clear documentation or professional communication, it raises serious concerns about integrity.

Your response not only denies accountability but twists the facts, which I find deeply unprofessional. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.
