Amy was quick to respond to my request to utilize her services. She was quick to provide common expectations of her role as a realtor, with an easy to read realtor guide for ON (allowing me to know what to expect).

Amy set me up with a portal based on my "wants and needs". Which lead to viewing over 20 residences when I attended Ottawa to look for my future home. Amy was able to set aside several days to help me search for my new home. During this time, she was quick to inform me of things to think about or "need to knows" (associated costs/maintenance to sump pumps, and other things one might not be aware of when it comes to the things needed to have the home operate accordingly).

Amy was on point when prompting the deadlines/managing necessary communications for the purchase in liaison with myself, the mortgage broker and others as needed. This helped keep me on track amongst the many moving parts I was managing.
