We rendered Andex Kitchens services in spring 2019 for design of our custom kitchen and all house bathrooms vanities.
The entire design process took numerous months, but dealing with our consultant Richard was nothing short of superior. Very clear, concise and resourceful during each visit or phone call. Installation of all rooms" cabinetry went without hiccups. Lastly, even up to one year after the install of the items, if we did have concerns or issues that arose, the customer service of this business is exceptional. Always polite on the phone, listens to concerns and within days resolves them. Very impressed with the general management of Andex Kitchens. We had done a ton of research of cabinetry businesses in our area prior to design process start and although Andex is not the cheapest on the market, the quality of the products, the customer service and the business's customer reviews, in my opinion, overrides the price. Very highly recommended.

We purchased a home with Wrighthaven in 2021. Our cabinets throughout our home were done by Andex. The cabinet finish/paint is terrible and chips and even rubs away from the doors in some places. A drawer from our kitchen was tested due to the issues we were having, and we were told there was nothing wrong with it and this is normal for this product! Many of our neighbours with Andex finished kitchens have the same complaints regarding the finish coming off their cabinets. Our kitchen is only a year and a half old and we will be having to replace it in the near future due to this issue. Instead of offering to refinish cabinets, or applying an additional protective top coat, all Andex does to fix the problem was provide us touch up paint which has a gloss finish and doesn’t match our cabinets which are matte. The touch up paint is never enough, and has a short shelf life so we constantly have to get more. Would recommend steering clear of any paint/enamel type finish and we wish our builder had never marketed this to us as a durable product.
