I’ve been a resident in a building managed by Andrejs Management for some time, and the experience has been increasingly frustrating. The lack of water pressure in the units is unacceptable, and despite numerous complaints, little action has been taken to resolve it. The property itself is deteriorating, with several ongoing issues that remain unaddressed. Communication from the management team is practically non-existent, and when they do respond, it’s with vague answers or empty promises.

Long-standing problems in our condos, such as maintenance issues, are left unfixed for extended periods. The party room, which is supposed to be available for booking, is always inaccessible. Storage lockers have been broken into on multiple occasions, and the lack of security across the entire property, including the parking garage, is alarming. Unauthorized individuals frequently park in my assigned spot, and there’s little enforcement or consequence for this.

I am paying over $500 in maintenance fees for an 850 sqft condo, and quite frankly, I see no return on this investment. For the amount I’m paying, I expect much better service and upkeep of the building. It's hard not to notice that many of the positive reviews for Andrejs Management seem to be coming from their own employees or people who manage properties they own. This company needs to step up and address these concerns instead of glossing over real issues with fabricated praise.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.
