Terrible communication. We had an appointment booked and confirmed for a weekend showing and the leasing agent ( Merill R. )failed to show up on time after we rushed to get there from out of town. She tried to reschedule the night before in less than 24hrs via email and did not wait for confirmation that we could reschedule. I tried to call when we got back to the city after seeing this email on the day of the scheduled appointment. She did not answer her phone but proceeded to email saying she was at other bookings and would be there soon. She was 45 minutes late to our showing. She had gone ahead and scheduled other appointments elsewhere during our previously agreed to appointment. We could have stayed out of town had we known she was so incredibly unprofessional and unable to keep her schedule straight.
This was a terrible waste of time.

Regardless of the situation, Gillian and her team have been able to handle it. From start to finish, they are real professional, making things easier for both the owner and the tenants.

They have transferred our portion of the rent money to our bank account in a timely manner, and they have forwarded our mail upon request (sometimes with a tight timeline). When the microwave in our home broke they replaced it for us. Gillian Ansell has been extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend her and her team.
