I loved living with AON, except they increase the rent every single year, and have now asked tenants to go to tribunal hearings so they can increase rent even more than the legal 2%. In the 5 years I've lived here, rent has increased by more than $300. Greedy, greedy, greedy.

If I could leave less than one star, I would which is a shame, because my first year living here was great. However 2025 seems to be the year of taking your tennant's money, then spitting in their faces. Every month this year Aon has had an issue with myself and my roommate and refuses to be cooperative with us to fix the issues. I would like to point out this issue only arose when there were two visibly LGBTQ people living in the unit. Aside from issues with us personally, Aon has been horrendous for actually helping tennants. During the power outage that lasted 5 days for us, both elevators were down, and if anyone on the higher floors would have needed emergency services, they would not have been able to receive them. Despite this, Aon's office remained open and fully powered the entire time. It would have been better for tenants to have at least one elevator powered for emergencies and so that disabled tennants were not trapped for the duration of the outage. They also "renovated" the laundry room recently. To do this, they shut it down for a week, and did nothing except remove amenities and increase prices to an extortionate rate. They didn't even fix or upgrade the machines. Infact, the first time I used them after this "renovation" the machine took my money and then refused to start. When confronted about this, Aon said it was not their fault and refused to compensate me for the stolen funds. Aon does not care about their tenants. They care about how much money they can squeeze out, nothing more. If you want to be treated like a human being, this is the wrong place for you to live.

I live in an apartment 303 Aylmer st Charlotte towers recently our laundry room has been closed down for 2 weeks they told us that they where going to clean service all machines but all they did is increase the price $1.50 each load.. machines are filthy and they didn't even clean the lint trap still full of hair and half the machines are down

Laundry room Reno is a joke said they would clean and service all machines but literally all they did was paint the room and double the price the machines are disgusting.

Eliminating the ability to pay rent through your bank means that if you don't want to use their app (developed and owned by an American company that is well known for selling client data, that charges processing fees) you have to go down to the office during their incredibly restricted hours to pay in person. Their office hours were restricted during covid and never came back, and it's absolutely terrible. People work during the week, how on earth are we supposed to get to the office when they're only open for three hours?

I have lived here almost a year. The people at the office are very professional and helpful, the apartments are very clean and nice also secure 🙂 there is a 1 year lease, and most will need a co-signer and 100$ to put down with an application. They get back to you in about 24 hours after that 🙂

I would put -20 stars.
I would not recommend renting from Doug and Carol Arnold. The son in law Mike and wife Sarah. Or daughter Sarah and neice Makayla. I excepted a apartment at 451 water St and was moved into a bed bug infested building. After 3 years of dealing with it, damaged iteams etc. I called them out on it and was done being so helpful. I had nothing but great things said about my tenancy until I called them out on getting the bed bugs dealt with once and for all. They lied to me about the bed bugs, treaments done while away without notice. Inspector working with them not for them. The inspector Nathen also unlawful enter my apartment. public health and property standards were also lied to in regards to bed bugs and the maintance. I caught doug, carold, mike (property manager, little tiny red head) and the bed bug inspector on camera entering my unit to many times to count. Doug and Carol were entering daily, less then 10minutes after I left for work. Doug would loosen my breakers for lights and stove. I lived without a fridge for 4 months. I was harassed to no end and stoked by Doug. He stole from me, Vehical entered, went threw my personal iteams and shared information within my employment and fellow employees who he also rented to on parkhill st. I was lied to about whom rented the unit before me. These people are criminals. Shady is an understatement. I have only listed a few things. If you want to keep your dignity, privacy and self worth DO NOT rent from these people. AON PROPERTIES, QAS properties and other DO YOUR REASEARCH AND GET A SECURITY CAMERA!!
