Apollo CI Condo Management - Ottawa, Ontario

I have attempted to contact Apollo on several occasions, but they consistently fail to follow through and respond to emails. It is challenging to reach the appropriate individuals, and issues remain unresolved.

Obtaining direct answers is difficult, and requests are frequently disregarded. Occasionally, a response is received several weeks later, but any necessary follow-up results in another extended waiting period for a response - if a response is received.

Our building is under the management of Apollo, and there are several areas that require attention and repairs. Unfortunately, it appears that our requests for maintenance and repairs have not been adequately addressed or prioritized.

Communication with Apollo has proven to be challenging, as it is difficult to identify the appropriate contact person for various issues, regardless of their urgency or severity. This lack of responsiveness and transparency is concerning and does not meet the expectations of a home.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend Apollo's management services to others seeking a reliable and efficient property management company. The ongoing frustrations and inconveniences outweigh any potential benefits of their services.

They manage the condo where I live and they support is terrible. Problems take forever to get solved if they get solved at all. Emails are answered after several days. Nitpick on minor issues while overlook serious problems. I love my house but I am considering moving because of their poor administration.

Staff are nice and welcoming. The only issue is collecting multiple rental applications with deposits at Sametime, which is frustrating. Overall, they solved my issue.

Even though we are a smaller condominium corporation, the treatment and service we have been provided has been exceptional. Our board members are consistently provided with a wealth of knowledge and information, making our decision-making so much easier. As President of our condo board, all of the success I have had in this role ties directly to Dan (our Property Manager). He is so proactive and on top of everything - and even more valuable to me and the other board members, is his response time and follow through to ensure our requests and needs are taken care of. I personally can't thank Dan and his team enough.

I've been working with Dan Fried and his team for years now, having consistently found them to be an excellent firm, with a good understanding of Condominiums, and strong resources. Personable, affable, and patient staff make them an excellent organization for Condo Management and the day to day problems and realities of managing a Condo.
