Cannot believe the mismanagement by this company in regards to the parking lot at the corner of Hwy 33 and Hollywood. Argus has minimized parking for all the businesses, their staff and customers in Willow Park Shopping Centre, creating a disastrous environment for all staff who work there, customers who frequent this shopping centre, and for businesses to prosper. A month ago rows of parking spots were labelled “Reserved” with minimal signage. Insufficient spots in the main parking area were designated for staff, although the limited signage DOES NOT indicate this. One well marked area was designated for McDonalds and an additional two rows marked as reserved for 24 hours. Again, the minimal signage DOES NOT specify WHO the 24 hour rows are reserved for. Logically (as in other Kelowna strip malls) one would assume it is for the businesses who are nearest. Wrong! This company has contracted DIAMOND PARKING LTD to issue tickets to unsuspecting clients, staff and associated stakeholders. No warnings, no second chances and completely guilty of a cash grab scenario! And the tickets are not cheap! $86.50 if paid in 10 days, $126.50 if after, AND threatened with a collection agency if not paid! No community conscience here! Ridiculous, they should be ashamed!

Disappointing, and unprofessional experience!
Quick summary:

Was interested in a property, and sent an email with couple of questions. One of the questions which was easy to answer.
Is the property still available?
Another was asking a general location, so that I could determine if it was within distance to commute daily to and from work.
If either of those questions were simply answered (yes or no) than I would decide if I would pursue the property or not.
No returned email. Being still interested I decided to call Argus directly. They would not answer my questions over the phone instead saying “an application must be filled out before anything”
I was directed to fill out an application out online and submit that.
I understand that companies have policies to follow, but why waste my time or anyone’s time not even knowing a couple of basic questions.
Simply put I decided to move on. I would not associate and, or support a business like this.

Unprofessional, will avoid using this company in any way. Their response time is abysmal. I had called numerous times without response. I didn't get a call back until I reached out to other company members, left messages with managers etc. I wouldn't use this company to manage a property, or rent from them.

Lived at Mill Creek Estates and the building managment lack the essential skills to do their jobs. We moved out and it was nothing less than a circus. Documents that were completely dated wrong, move out instructions that were ambiguous, recommended services that were lacking, and lack of time management skills. They would schedule showings without notice (illegal), not show up when scheduled, and lie to your face. The rent increased so it sounds like a list cons with little pros. If you can live elsewhere, take it!

Horrible wouldn't even come close to accurately describe the experience I had with this company.
The representative was Very Insulting in his demeanor and the whole process. Obnoxious!
I will NEVER deal with this company nor recommend it to anyone.
