We are so happy with our decision to work with Arrowsmith Kitchens and Closets, Shane was wonderful to work with. He was very patient helping us work through our decision-making and helping us find solutions to some of our problem areas. I can not say enough about him as a designer and the cabinets themselves are wonderful. Everyone involved in this project was very talented and extremely professional and easy to work with. Shane was excellent, he was very considerate of our home and everything was done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Arrowsmith kitchens and Closets. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

This is the second project for us with Arrowsmith Kitchens and Closets.
Shane was a pleasure as always to work with from the start to the beautiful finished product. He took into consideration not only the challenge of my small closets but also really prioritized how to make them the most useful for me. He took the time to find out how I use the spaces and asked thoughtful questions to really understand what I was looking for. The installation was very efficient and he took special care when working in our home. The closets turned out amazing we highly recommend Shane and Arrowsmith Kitchens and Closets.

Arrowsmith provided an exceptional service. Shane was a delight to work with and we were thrilled with everything he did. His communication and punctuality were excellent and he happily rose to the challenge of building wrap around shelves in awkward spaces, matching shelves to existing furniture and incorporating existing furniture into his design. We have used him several times now and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

I had a small job- master bedroom and laundry closets and 2 bathroom rolling shelves. I was told the total install would occur Dec 10 and to have my closets ready ( old racks out, walls filled and painted, which I did ). No one showed up on Dec 10 and there was not communication . On Dec 20th, the master closet was installed. There was no communication from Shane from Arrowsmith Kitchen and Closets. Lack of communication was a huge problem. I emailed, phoned, left written notes and no response from Shane, the owner. The only way I could get in touch and speak to Shane was to drive to the shop. My small job was finally completed near the end of January. I did get an apology and small discount.
I am now redoing my kitchen and I find out now that soft close drawer closures are almost standard now. They are not on my master bedroom drawers nor was I offered that option by Shane.
Lack of communication and not being offered up to date options would be my main reasons from not choosing this company again or referring anyone to them.
