However, we did find the costs to be slightly higher than what we were prepared for at this time. Nonetheless, we understand that quality service often comes at a premium, and the value they offer is clear.

Associa have been non responsive to emails about maintenance in the building, they do not reply on their software about concerns about the building. The property manager Michael Van Lane do not respond to any concerns.
Even safety aspects of the building were not taken care of. We are extremely dissatisfied with their services and response. There are pot lights on the hallway that have been requested to fix as the lights are burned down and its been over two month. What is more concerning is the lack of response by everyone even when you escalate. They also do not keep complains confidential. If you complain about a property manager, they share your email with them. I am not impressed.

My experience with Associa has been excellent. Quick turnarounds on any inquiries. Easy to set up and communicate via the Town Square App so I always know what’s going on. When I needed to do some renovations to my condo to replace flooring and other repairs, the Community Manager Stephen Marmion assisted to ensure I had all the approvals in place including required material specifications making my project go very smoothly . I would highly recommend Associa if you are looking for professional condo management.

Our strata switched recently to Associa and we are just coming up on the first anniversary. I have been extremely pleased with the service from Associa over the first year. Our previous management company had not been keeping up with the Accounts Receivable, whereas Associa has caught up the majority of the AR (even including the inevitable people with no contact that get missed when changing companies). They are prompt in dealing with issues, and they have a large base of support companies (landscape, snow removal, janitorial, maintenance) that they deal with and can recommend if your strata is looking for new services.

Well, if you want any type of follow up, professionalism, accountability, it's definitely not with these guys. The Victoria office has been nothing but unprofessional and dismissive. We are going on 3 plus weeks of waiting for a response to a request. It would be nice to have some type of follow up, even a quick "hey, we're still waiting on things " would be appreciated.
Moving into a new building we were unsure of how things operated and wanted to be respectful of rules and regulations, in an email, one of their property managers Tara basically asked us to stop wasting her time, and we were asking questions pertaining to the security of the building.
You will be quickly patched through to voicemail and any attempts by the receptionist to put you through to "hopefully" a cell. number in hopes of actually speaking to a person, guess what, your call will drop! Lol!
We have been nothing but respectful in our correspondence, but if you want to be repeatedly looked over, no follow up, no professional courtesy, then congratulations, this is the company you will have the pleasure of dealing with. I'm not one to scream and shout and am extremely patient, but I haven't gotten anywhere with this "management " firm. Pray for me! Lol!

We’re very happy with Associa's work, especially our strata manager Ken Kantman, who's highly experienced, knownadgable and patient, he's always available to answer questions and handle strata matters. Overall, I believe Associa is a reliable and trustworthy management company!
