Associa has been our strata's property managers for over two years and we are very pleased with their service. The staff are friendly, competent, and quick to address any concerns we have. Their maintenance crew are great! . . . and have saved us time and money doing repairs quickly in our neighbourhood. Harley from Cornerstone Maintenance Services did a fabulous job replacing some drywall in my bathroom after a plumbing job was done, and painting the wall (perfect colour match!) He was polite, efficient and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Our strata council has been very satisfied working with Associa BC. Our strata had difficulty with Associa’s predecessor. We had 9 property managers assigned to our strata in 4 years. Many maintenance items were missed and it was difficult to plan ahead. We were always playing defence.

Our Property Manager and the rest of the team at Associa clearly understood our history and our concerns and have worked hard to address them. Associa is much more stable and responsive to our strata’s needs than our previous property management company and all the Associa personnel assigned to our strata are always positive and helpful.

I have recommended to other strata councils that I know that they consider Associa BC. Most strata owners do not realize the amount of work that is necessary for a property manager to manage a strata satisfactorily. By spending time on a strata council, it becomes evident that both council members and property managers do a lot more than most owners realize.

Since Associa BC's takeover of Cornerstone, the service our Strata has been receiving from our property manager has significantly improved. Future plans, including a maintenance platform, will help simplify the tasks of our Strata Council is responsible for. Associa BC has already saved us money in yearend accounting fees and future plans to get volume discounts from vendors, also promises savings for our Strata.

Our property manager is Greg Long. He is fantastic. We have had him as our property manager since October 11th 2019. I know this because on the evening of October 10th our daughter drove our car into our house, literally. Poor Greg got our listing the next day and when he got the call he thought it was a prank. He arrived at our place just in time for our daughter to arrive home from school,he looked at her and said 'stuff happens'. It was the perfect response for her to hear. We then moved forward to fix the damage. Since then we have always had quick responses for anything we call about. Thru covid we were of the lucky few families who didn't lose an income and were able to keep up with our bills , I remember calling Greg to say 'go ahead with our rent, it is there'. He was so overwhelmed with tenants that were struggling that he took the time to let me know how appreciated we were for that call. He is a great property manager and we appreciate him.
