I can’t say enough great things about Jo-Ann!
She has been my property manager for 2 years and I don’t know what I would do without her. She takes care of everything and contacts me when necessary, which isn’t often. Additionally, she is incredibly prompt in replying and taking care of any issues that do arise. I really can’t thank her enough! Highly recommend Jo-Ann to anyone looking for a property manager or rental!

WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER !
They never reply to emails. Our building 7282 Granville St is an absolute joke, no follow up on any issues and this management company best follow up work is giving out fines.
We had so many things broke down but our management company took a very long time to follow up, here are the list of the things happened in the last few months.

1. Heater broke down.
2. Elevator broke down countlessly
3. garage gate broken down
4. Boiler broke down.

Finally we have decided to move out .....

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely terrible service, response, and personality of representative right from the start at 5 crossings. I have definitely not been impressed and cannot recommend. I am older and can definitely say this is the worst I have had.

WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER!!! They never reply to emails. It’s an absolute joke!!! Never in my life have I experienced such incompetency. RUN from this company, they are not worth a nickel.

Worst management company ever!!! A Mickey Mouse slap up. If you want to burn strata money on nothing then these are the people to gift it to, because they sure as heck don’t work!!

Incompetent losers whose only skill in management is fining people over pedantic issues and will never actually fix anything important. Fined me for using the emergency stairs when the elevator is broken? Also our garage door has been broken for like 2 weeks at this point still no news cars are just stuck in there. Absolutely pathetic

Denise goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions and concern's and our tenants are not just satisfied, but truly happy with their care they receive from her. We recently moved to the area and rented a house through APM. Unfortunately on July 31st our house was broken into through an outside main window. After many emails and calls to our property manager the window still hasn't been fixed. I had to secure it myself as best as I could just so my young family could feel safe at night after having their space violated and their belongings stolen. As per the writing of this review it has been 74 days since the break in. Review update as of 11/16/17, still no resolution after 108 days.
