Small Business Owner. Needed to deposit a cheque. They converted the cheque to a foreign currency in error without notifying us. Then proceed to withdraw a additional 1000$ dollars from our account when the cheque was fradulent. So instead of paying a normal fee we as a business get to lose over 1000$ due to the incompetency of this "entrepreneur center" branch. I have emailed and called over 4 times to get a resolution and have not recieved a single call back or email in return. Good to know the bank can just take my hard earned money. I recommend alternative vendors for your banking needs.

Today I was strongly advised that ATB was the perfect bank to meet the needs of my Edmonton based, female-driven, small business. I went in to the ATB Entreprenuer Center and immediately felt supported in the pursuit of my entrepreneurial goals -- Gagan Kaur sat down with me and my business advisor for two hours and provided more banking / business expertise than I have had with another leading bank in three years. I am so impressed and deeply appreciative for the outstanding customer service I received from Gagan. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalisme and efficiency displayed by the entire ATB team -- the niche they provide for women in business is unlike any other bank. The level of customer service was truly exceptional, and I left knowing that my business is in very good hands. Gagan's dedication to providing a positive, seamless experience is deeply appreciated, and both she and ATB made a positive impact today.

A funny experience with a Lady working on 26 th April 2025 in this branch

They usually put my employees cheque on hold pending verification and many other excuses despite it being a regular chq every month for past two years even me and my employee share the same branch. They told my employee, tell the cheque writer(employer-me) to deposit it then it will be available right away

This time I went to deposit my employees cheque myself and again they held the cheque this time making an excuse that the account holder whom I m depositing to should be present here to make this cheque available right away.

I would have given them 5 stars if it was for stupidity

Overall this a good bank, been with them for some years, but this jokers should be dealt asap if they want to maintain their dignity

Opening up an account was fast and easy, the staff are very polite and very helpful. It takes a bit when you switch banks to get used to set up online banking, cuz each bank has different set up.

It's a very nice space and the service was wonderful. They have some pretty friendly and helpful people working here we're thankful we got the referral!

The parking lot is spacious and you can do some shopping after your time here which is great. Lots of places to eat too with the new Lowes just across the parking lot. Pretty central location which is handy, also right by the White Mud. This can be pretty tricky as the roads in and around the centre can get confusing especially when you're driving around rush hour.

When they offer you coffee or hot chocolate, take them up on their offer. Their coffee machine is pretty great.
