Tucked away in the heart of Oak Bay, this small shopping centre has some free parking in the back. There are a variety of shops including a jewellery store, a flower shop, Fairway Market, and Hughes Clothing just moved there. Parking spots are usually at a premium because this place is very popular. There are lots of other stores around the shopping centre and it is very walkable.

Worst neighbour possible. They leaf blow the sidewalks against the bylaw rules. During the daytime they enjoy polluting my neighbourhood with noise and two-stroke motors that are soon illegal. During the night time they use electric leaf blowers. Breaking bylaws and polluting is a sport to Athlone Court and their property management company.

It's a very pleasant experience walking from one store to another then out to easy parking on the street, much nicer than wandering through a mall or parking lot.
