Audiology First and their staff are top-notch. I highly recommend their services to anyone. I was promptly booked and seen. They were caring and provided top-notch professional expertise, I had Joe as my audiologist. They were particularly helpful with my new device, Joe helped me a ton with the programming and getting to know the brand, I also had my first real ear measurement with him, it was a spectacular fit.
Overall, it was a great experience, and they offer everything you’d look and more in an audiology clinic.

Audiology First is absolutely amazing! Joe, my audiologist, went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. They provided me with a hearing aid, and Joe took the time to carefully fit it, adjust it, and make sure everything was perfectly tailored to my needs. He was so patient and thorough, answering all my questions and ensuring I was completely comfortable and set up for success.

What truly impressed me was their professionalism and the fact that they weren’t trying to upsell me at all. They gave me all the options, explained everything clearly, and I could tell they genuinely cared about what was best for me. The service was absolutely spectacular, and I walked away feeling confident and supported.

If you’re looking for an audiologist who truly cares and delivers exceptional service, I can’t recommend Audiology First and Joe enough. They’re simply the best!

I would highly recommend Audiology First! I have dealt with both Glen and Joe. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I really appreciate their ‘No pressure’ approach to purchasing hearing aids ~ they advised hearing aids that were appropriate for my needs and didn’t try to upsell me on fancy ones. Both Glen and Joe are very kind, considerate and patient when it comes to answering questions.
