Dont walk, RUN Away!!! The driver that came to pick up our sons car stole 110.00 from him. A pre arranged price was agreed upon between myself and the owner, James. The tow truck driver, after hooking the car, stated to my son that the damage was more than discussed and could only pay a lesser amount. My son was coerced and simply wasn't prepared to negotiate. There was to be NO negotiation as the price was already agreed upon. I DO NOT recommend dealing with this company .
The owner, James assured me that he would make it right and has since ghosted my calls and texts. Not the way to do business! A very disappointed customer!!!

James is correct, he tried to save face of his business. His amazing towtruck driver ( whom I've never met ) has quite the little racket going on. JAMES IS AWARE now that after the car was hooked was when the driver "decided to negotiate" . JAMES agreed that that was not the time and there was already an agreed price. He agreed that the price quoted to me was the price that was to be paid. These men are quite the tricksters so make sure you know that what is quoted , you won't get it!!! The driver is pocketing at least hundred per trip. James must agree, better in his drivers pocket with plausible deniability than for his customers!!!! James, you also agreed that it was fair to have the truck driver use his gas and timetable returned cash. So. The story changes, depends who your talking to I guess. "Tow truck drivers and mechanics are so sleasy" your words, not mine. So which is it?!

This service was incredibly helpful. I was paid $400 for my hardly running vehicle and that was including the tow. Most folks suggested I go to another company in Brighton, but the customer experience with Auto Scrap Yard was above and beyond. Super grateful that my first vehicle left in their capable hands. Somber to let go of the vehicle, but they made the process feel normal, and smooth. Even had it completed on a Sunday when most are closed! Not to mention, they have contact methods like Whatsapp for those who prefer text and at any time! I was reaching out at 11pm and they were able to assist me.

Called to see if they by chance had a oil cap for a Dodge truck and the guy was really rude and said we don't do dumb shit like that and try Amazon and hung up do not recommend these people

Scrapped our old truck and got quoted $450. Driver said $300 after they took a look. Agreed on $350. Pretty good deal. 👍🏻

My 2008 mazda3 finally bit the dust — I wasn’t able to drive it anywhere to trade it in for parts or otherwise dispose of it, and the cost of having it towed outweighed what I would likely get for it. but James and Rob were quick, friendly, and transparent about their process of taking my baby away and making sure I got paid fairly!

Incredible service! This was my first time selling/scrapping my vehicle and the customer service was phenomenal. There was constant communication from start to finish and we came to an agreement quickly. Very professional. Would definitely recommend!

It was okay. I wanted around 1100 for my vehicke. They said they would give me it if i drove to oshawa. But if they came and picked up they would only give me 800.
When i got back home. It costed me close to $50 to fill the tank up. But,
They paid what they promised. Even gave me a down payment as good faith.
He was kind and courteous. Very constant with keeping in contact with me. If you dont mind the drive. Id highly recommend these guys.
